|6:00 PM||July 4th Fireworks Dowtown|
July 4th Fireworks -- The City and Livermore Downtown, Inc. (LDI) will once again host Independence Day fireworks launched from the top of the parking structure on Railroad Avenue. Downtown transforms into a pedestrian-friendly environment that allows for fireworks seating from the streets and sidewalks. Enjoy live music, crafts and food booths. Selected streets will close around 6 pm, and the fireworks will begin around 9:30 pm. This event is FREE, so don’t miss this spectacular pyrotechnics show!

The Livermore Year-Round Sunday Farmers' Market runs Sundays, all year, from 10am to 2pm at the parking lot at South L Street and Railroad Avenue. (adjacent to the Historical Train Depot)
|12:00 PM||Friends of the Livermore Library Monthly Sale|
The first Sunday of each month, rain or shine, the Friends of the Livermore Library offers a sale of books at even lower prices than the bookstore. There is even a table of FREE books for the taking.
Join us, from Noon to 4pm on the outdoor plaza of the former library (corner of Pacific Ave. and South Livermore Ave.)
Note: No sale will be held when January 1 or July 4 occur on Sunday.
