Vendor Registration

Purchasing maintains a list of interested vendors. We have recently created a new partnership with Public Purchase, a web based eProcurement service that notifies vendors of new bidding opportunities. Interested vendors may register on line at Vendor Registration.  Once you have reached the City of Livermore - Public Purchase screen fill out the information as requested. Upon completion you will receive an activation e-amail from Public Purchase, and register with the City of Livermore.  The insructions to do this are in the activation e-mail.  If for some reason you wish to change your account information you must do so within Public Purchase.  If you have any problems or questions email Public Purchase Support at support@publicpurchase.com or call 1-801-932-7000.

The City requires you to select NIGP commodity code(s) that relate to your business so you can receive email notifications of future bid opportunities and you will also be prompted to fill out a W-9 for City's records.
