The California Statewide Local Streets and Roads Assessment is a comprehensive look at the condition of Streets and Roads throughout California. Data for the report was requested from all 58 counties and 478 cities within the State. Fifty-six counties and 359 cities submitted data. These counties and cities account for over 93% of the total centerline miles of local streets and roads in the State. Data for the San Francisco Bay Area, including Livermore’s 293 centerline miles, were provided by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, who collects data from the 109 cities and counties within its jurisdiction on a bi-annual basis.
