Human Services Commission holds public hearing and reviews application submitted for funding. All agencies applying for funding will make a presentation before the Commission. Funding recommendations will be provided to the Livermore City Council. |

Livermore City Council reviews recommendations and adopts which projects to fund. |

City Staff mails award letters. |

Action Plan for funding is submitted to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. |
