Project and Program Grants

The Commission for the Arts Project and Program Grants are designed to support the many artists and artistic organizations in Livermore, to expand artistic opportunities and to encourage programs for the cultural enrichment of the City.

Because this program is funded with public dollars, the Project and Program Grants can only support programs that take place within Livermore. Project and Program Grant amounts are limited to no more than $10,000.

This process may include an interview at the discretion of the Project and Program Grants Subcommittee. All applications will be evaluated using the Evaluation Criteria. The Commission will review the Subcommittee’s funding recommendations at its March and September meetings. The Commission will make its final recommendations to the City Council in April and October.
