The Livermore Public Library has recently launched a mobile app to put the library at your fingertips. From almost any mobile phone connected to the internet you can instantly tap into library resources, anytime, anywhere. You can search the library catalog, check your account, ask a question, find events and more. You may go directly to the the iTunes app store

Text Message Account Notices
Stay up-to-date on all your Library account activity! Sign up for this free* service and receive updates on items on hold for you that are ready to be picked up, overdue notices, and courtesy notices for items that will be due soon. You can even send a text message to renew your items. Sign up by texting the message SIGNUP to firstname.lastname@example.org. The service will contact you back with further instructions to send your library card. It’s that easy!
A special small-screen version of the library catalog is now available for Internet-ready handheld wireless devices such as cell phones. Point your Internet-enabled device to www.livermore.lib.ca.us/airpac and go.
