Rincon Branch Library offers a FREE half hour consultation by members of the Alameda County Bar Association on the second Monday of each month.  Consultations are on a first come, first served basis. Sign-Ups begin at 5 PM and lawyer visits begin at 5:30 PM and generally end at 7:30 PM.
