Willy Claflin and Maynard the Moose

Laugh and sing with a man and his moose!  Maynard Moose is not only the funniest moose you’ll meet at a library—he’s the ONLY moose you’ll meet at the Livermore Public Library!  Join us at the Civic Center Library, for a morning of fun with Willie Claflin and Maynard Moose. This free program will be presented on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 10:30am. Willie Claflin and Maynard Moose is one of many variety performances during the library’s 2013 Summer Reading Program, “Reading is So Delicious!”
Maynard Moose has been hanging on Willy Claflin’s arm since 1977.  The pair delight audiences with hilarious stories, music and puppetry, and inspire people of all ages to write & tell their own stories.

This free performance, sponsored by the Friends of the Library, will be held outside, with the audience to be seated on tarps.  Attendees are encouraged to arrive early for best parking and viewing opportunities and to bring appropriate sun gear.  Summer Reading Programs are geared toward children ages 4 and older.
