The Livermore Teen Academy is a three-week summer program that includes interactive workshops and a 24-hour internship with the City of Livermore. Workshops will feature topics such as personal finance, job searching skills, local government, and becoming a better informed, more engaged citizen.
Academy Dates: June 10 - 28, 2019, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Complete the Academy to receive a $330 stipend!
Livermore students entering their Junior or Senior year of High School are eligible to apply. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older by June 10, 2019. The Livermore Public Library will accept applications until Friday, March 1. Selected applicants will be invited to participate in an interview process, after which fifteen applicants will be selected for the Academy. Participants from previous years are not eligible.

Participants attend workshop sessions at the Civic Center Library and report to an assigned internship site according to a set schedule.
