STEM and Create Lab Classes for Fall

The Livermore Public Library will offer two weekly creative classes for elementary students this fall. The fall session runs from September 3 to December 20, 2019. Classes are held at Civic Center Library. Library classes are free of charge.


CreateLab -- Saturdays, 10am-12pm at Civic Center Library

CreateLab is an open learning environment where kids can be creative and take charge of their own learning. Experienced volunteers are present so that participants can learn new skills. Stations include robotics, sewing, computers, jewelry making, woodworking, stop-motion film, crafts, and electronics. For grades K-6 with adult. A signed waiver is required for all Create Lab participants, including adults and children. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult with a maximum of two children per adult.


After-School STEM Class -- Mondays, 4-5pm at Civic Center Library

Learn Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) with interactive experiments and activities. For grades 1-5. This is a free 1-hour class and all supplies are provided. No registration required.
