The Maintenance Division operations maintain the City's streets, street lighting, public landscaping, City facilities, and the fleet of City vehicles. The operations staff consist of three section superviors and approximately 42 staff.

The Maintenance Administration Program provides clerical, data processing, and management direction for operations assigned to the division. In addition, a public access office is staffed from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Fridays. Staff utilizes a maintenance management program designed to track resources and improve response times and customer service levels.

The administrative staff consists of a maintenance division manager, a division clerk, and a senior clerk.
