The Livermore Municipal Water utility serves water to more than 28,800 Livermore residents.

The balance of residents are served by the California Water Service Company, also known as Cal Water. California Water Service Company customers may click the link here to visit  the Cal Water website.

Where Does the Water Come From?

The water distributed by the Livermore Municipal Water utility to its customers is purchased from the Zone 7 Water Agency. Zone 7 is water wholesaler to the four water retailers in the Tri-Valley including: Livermore Municipal Water, California Water Service Company-Livermore, Dublin San Ramon Services District, and City of Pleasanton.
