VOLUNTEERS NEEDED on September 19, 2015!
Volunteers are needed to help clean trash and debris from three Livermore creek sites at the Tri-Valley Creeks to Bay Clean-up scheduled for 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturday, September 19, 2015. The event is part of Coastal Cleanup Day, the largest statewide and international effort to clean trash and debris from beaches, bays, creeks, rivers and lakes. Due to limited space, it is recommended that volunteers pre-register and obtain a waiver form by contacting the site coordinator for the cleanup site of their choice. Volunteers under 13 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. To volunteer to help clean up along the Arroyo Las Positas at Northfront Road; Altamont Creek and Arroyo Las Postias at Bluebell Drive; or Arroyo Mocho at Arroyo Road, contact site coordinators Braden at (925) 960-8142 or Zach at (925) 960-8165.
