Sergeant Graves started with the department in October of 1988. Shortly thereafter, Keith competed for and was awarded a position on the SWAT Team which he held for the next twenty years. In addition to that, Keith was the Sniper Team Leader for over three years and held specialized assignments in the Narcotics Unit, Special Operations Unit and COPPS Unit.
