Sponsored by the City of Livermore Commission for the Arts, the High School Senior Arts Awards Program is designed to identify, recognize, and encourage talented graduating high school students who reside in Livermore and/or attend a Livermore school. Winners will receive a $600 award from the City’s Commission for the Arts. Up to ten $600 awards will be given to graduating students who excel in their art form in high school.
Arts include: visual, media, literary, or performing arts. Schools may be public, private, charter or home school, and must be Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accredited.
Applications are available here. Students must submit an official transcript and a teacher’s letter of recommendation along with the application form, to the City of Livermore, by 5:00 pm on Friday, April 28th.
