Public at the core of every successful city. In the 2012 survey, 93% of residents rated Livermore as an "excellent" or "good" place to live.  The service and skills of real people -- like Police Officer Joseph Nguyen and Fire Captain Paul Chenkovich -- create those ratings.  Both men were honored at this year's Tri-Valley Knights of Columbus Red, Blue, and Gold Banquet.  Read more about them below as well as the City's new Interim Police Chief.  Finally, help the City identify the desired skills and attributes of the next Police Chief; complete the online survey.  Many thanks.  Marc
