10:15 AMSing and Learn Babies

A free outdoors early learning class* for babies (from birth to 12 months) with caregiver. Enjoy songs, action rhymes, playtime, and share a book together in each lively session. This class* gives babies the opportunity to hear lots of language while you get to know other young families.

*NOTE: Masks are required for all attendees over age 2 and families are asked to observe social distancing. Bring your own blanket. Meet on the lawn near the Storytime Room. No registration required. Tuesday and Thursday classes are the same, please only attend once per week. Library is closed during classes and no public restroom available. Classes are weather permitting.

10:00 AMVirtual Show +Tell


A weekly Virtual Show and Tell program for children and their families, intended for toddlers and preschool-age children. Enjoy songs, a book, and other activities to encourage the development of early learning practices and social skills. Children are encouraged to share an object with the rest of the class related to that week’s storytime theme.

Registration is required and opens one week before each class. Call (925) 373 - 5505, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm to sign-up. Registrants will receive an email with the Zoom link and information about that week's theme.


Wednesday and Friday classes are the same, please only attend once per week. Classes will not be recorded. For questions or more information, please email Librarian Caitlyn Lung at cmlung@livermore.lib.ca.us.

Registration is required before coming to the Library for this free outdoors early learning class*. Space is limited. Enjoy songs and movement activities that build motor and social skills, and increase independence as well as language development in your child. We'll have lots of fun while moving to the music! Perfect for ages 1-5, but everyone is welcome.
